Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy sets out what SoloOps.ai may and may not be used for. It is part of our Terms of Service. SoloOps.ai is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Starchenko, registered in Georgia, registration No. 304782901.
1. What SoloOps.ai is
SoloOps.ai is software. Contract reviews, version comparisons, document templates and country summaries are generated by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) from what you upload or type. No lawyer, tax adviser or other person checks the output. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not legal, tax or other professional advice.
2. What you may use it for
- Understanding contracts you are a party to, or are about to sign, and preparing your reply to the other side.
- Drafting starting-point documents (NDAs, service agreements, change orders) for your own business, which you review and adapt before use.
- Reading public information about where a business could be registered, before you check it with official sources or a professional.
- Creating invoices and client messages for your own work.
3. What you may not do
- Generate content that is harmful or illegal, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Create documents or messages meant to deceive or defraud anyone, for example a fake contract, forged terms, or a document that pretends to come from someone else.
- Threaten, harass, intimidate or discriminate against anyone, including through client messages or outreach drafts.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality.
- Present the output as advice from a lawyer or another licensed professional, or sell it to others as such.
- Send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages with text drafted here; you send every message yourself and are responsible for it.
- Try to get around plan limits, share accounts to do so, scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or disrupt it.
- Try to make the AI produce content that breaks this policy, or test the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
4. Your responsibility for the output
You decide what to do with anything SoloOps.ai produces. Check it before you rely on it, and ask a qualified professional when the stakes are high. Our Terms of Service explain the limits of our liability.
5. Enforcement
If we see a breach of this policy, we may remove the content, limit features, or suspend or close the account. For serious or repeated breaches we may do this without notice, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Fees already paid for a period in which the account was suspended for a breach are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
6. Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is using SoloOps.ai in breach of this policy, write to support@getsoloops.co.
