Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of SoloOps.ai (getsoloops.co). By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What SoloOps.ai is
SoloOps.ai is an AI-assisted tool that helps freelancers and solo founders review B2B contracts for risk. It is a software tool, not a law firm.
2. Service operator
SoloOps.ai (getsoloops.co) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Starchenko, registered in Georgia, registration No. 304782901.
3. Not professional advice
Contract risk flags and suggested clause language are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for consulting a licensed attorney before making decisions that affect your business.
4. Your account
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use this service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SoloOps.ai to upload content you don't have the right to share, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Client Finder suggests companies and drafts first messages; it never sends anything. You decide whether to contact a company and you send each message yourself, from your own email or messaging account. You are responsible for that outreach complying with the laws that apply to you and to the recipient (for example rules on unsolicited commercial messages), for honouring any request not to be contacted again, and for not sending bulk or automated messages.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the contracts and other content you upload. You grant us the limited right to process that content (including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers, as described in the Privacy Policy) solely to provide the service to you.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid plan (Free, Pro, or Studio; see Pricing on the homepage for current rates). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. While SoloOps.ai is in early access, some paid plans may still be arranged directly with the operator by email.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
You can also buy one-time packs of contract scans. Scans from a pack are used only after your plan's monthly scans run out, are valid for 12 months from the purchase and do not renew. If a pack is refunded, its unused scans are removed.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
SoloOps.ai is provided "as is." AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any risk flag or suggested clause is accurate or complete for your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloOps.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated output.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account screen; this permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you have a paid subscription that still renews, cancel it before deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the account contact address provided at signup, or via the site's support channel.
